I just got a gig for a halloween party and i will do some my basic close up and stage tricks but i was looking for some halloween specific themed tricks. Any ideas?

Looks obscenely realistic in person.

It's all about the patter..not just the effect....If you have time do some "bizzar magic" searches.

The trem is the "style" of magic.

Halloween magic doesn't have to be bizzare magic. Just use your imagination. For example, to make a card effect more Halloween theme . . . how about changing the pips to pumpkins and ghosts? Color change the deck orange. UFO card with the premise of a story about a flying witch.

Lots of possibilities.

You took a Halloween gig before you had a Halloween themed routine prepared? That's putting the Cart before the Horse.

You should always have a polished routine/act ready before you seek out shows and book paid gigs.

My Halloween Show is 3 years in the making and was in rehearsal-mode 6 months before October.

Finally, Halloween is approaching. It seems this was the one holiday made JUST for magicians to have some fun. Aside from watching all the scary movies, magic is a great way to interact with people in an eerie way that you might not normally have the chance to.
