I have an idea for a trick using invisible thread that would be really cool. this is going to give the secret away... Does anybody have an idea of how to make a piece of invisible thread RIGID...??? Or other materials to use???

Not sure what you're planning but I don't think rigid IT would support any weight. Even the lightest pressure would likely snap it.

It's hard to explain without exposing the possible secret but basically it wouldn't really have to support very much at all... I just need to make it rigid and need ideas. Of course even if that did work, I still don't know if the entire thing would.

I don't know but maybe you could try painting the thread with glue then letting it fry. Or I would suggest using a thin, but rigid wire.

A few coats of that, make sure it doesn't stick to the surface you spray it on. Best I can offer...
