I have tried to call customer service since 9am (I am on the west coast) and all I get is recordings. Needed to inquire about an order I put in yesterday, so wondering if they are closed?? Also wonder if the warehouse is open and shipping in which case I need to get hold of them about the order? Guess I can email, but don't see how that will be any faster than a phone call, I have left messages but no return call so far!! Aaarrrghhhhh

Maybe the community where they are located eats penguins for Thanksgiving instead of turkey and they haven't come out of hiding yet.

Personally, I've never understood waking up at 3 am, driving to the mall, waiting in huge lines outside in the freezing cold alongside some of the world most annoying individuals, getting stampeded as the stores open, then rushing around a store for an hour to save $20. Way off topic, but........

Well I ordered yesterday thinking with overnight I should get my stuff on Saturday or at latest Monday. I am leaving for Norfolk VA on Tuesday at 4am!! So I wanted the material to take with me, not wait for another 3 weeks until I got home. I wanted to learn the material so I could have it for some Christmas parties I am performing at. Now it seems if it does not ship today (Still in NEW status) it will not go out until Monday!!! darn! I have called and emailed customer service, Acar and Maxwell, so far no response other than an automated one from their customer service!! Very Frustrating to say the least!!

I had a similar situation in which I was going to be leaving town and desired to receive my items before I left. I made the decision to send them to the address where I was going to be at which worked out just great.

Ok first I ordered Cinch, Any Signed Card to Wallet, Think, Stand up Monte and Vertigo. Second for anyone waiting on their order to be shipped today, ain't gonna happen!! I got an email from Gail, and all she is doing is answering emails, no phone service and the warehouse is closed until Monday!! I did suggest that they advertise this the next time some holiday encroaches on our magic appetite!!
She is going to have the items shipped to my hotel in Va Beach and I used overnite so it should be there waiting for me when I arrive early evening on Tuesday. I hope!! Yeah Akirafist if you have any of these and want to share a review, feel free, would appreciate it!! Ok I feel better now!! Except I am still at work and this place is like a ghost town!!

Yeah, I live in NJ though. So even though it's 50 degrees out right now, at night into early morning it drops into the 30s.
