It's not Michael Ammar's, it's actually Harry Lorayne's. It was called "Snap!" and was explained in a book called Hex. He then published it in Reputation Makers, and I believe it may be able to be found in Classic Collection Vol. 2. Michael Ammar also just explained it on an episode of Scam School. Of course there have been many variations on it such as Dan Harlan's "Snapped Again" on his Bandshark dvd.

He did a Scam School show (free) and teaches the band thing @ 4:29

And here at 4:35 teaches folding bill

And here he teaches a cool I-Phone trick

I think it's great of Mr. Ammar to give freebies :)

Learn and enjoy :)

It is Harry Lorayne's original. That being said, my favorite version of the effect (that I think looks the cleanest) is Joe Rindfleisch's Smarty Pans on his Extreme Rubber Band Magic DVD.

Tim Ellis also teaches a cool variation of the trick on 24 Years of Living Next Door to Ellis (http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/S41) and also in his recent book, Timeless Magic. You can see him performing it recently on television here: http://youtu.be/ctubjFc1KYM
