He is staying in the DR for treatment, don't know why he wouldn't come back to the states for that, he must have his reasons.

If he's pursuing legal action, it's probably a good idea to stay in the general vicinity. I don't know if that's his reasoning, but it's what I would do.

It might also be the nature of a burn injury. It may be important not to break with treatment in order to avoid scarring.

Well Bizarette finally made a statement. He seems shocked that Wayne Houchin is a bit upset about the whole affair. I can't imagine why Wayne would be upset!
