I recently purchased an effect were it calls for the cellophane to be around the card case and as much as i try I can never seem to tear off the cellophane strip without actually tearing the cellophane itself i tried this countless times and it tears down the side of the deck and what not anyone have any pointers as how to do it better?

Simple. Use scissors instead of tearing it. Thats what i do.

Duh!!!! I feel so dumb that I didn't even think of that lol.

I just use a small X-Acto knife get a nice clean cut
