anybody know how i can get in touch with the makers of scotch and soda? i want to see it i can get a scotch and soda set with a gold dollar. i would like to use american coins for the trick, because who really carries an english penny around with them? i think the trick would be a lot better if you reach into your pocket and pull out a half dollar and a gold dollar (or maybe a gold dollar and a quarter??) and then do scotch and soda. any thoughts on this?

Its called Vodka and Orange Joice-Same effect but with a gold dollar. I sell it for 15.00. Josh

yah, they made the effect as soon as the golden dollar came out a few years back. Most magic dealers carry them.

If you need to have some special coins made, go here...www.hometown.aol.com/klarentz.....from what I've read on magiccafe.com this guy makes excellent gaffed coins and he can make just about anything you desire in a gaffed coin set. Check it out.

Forgot to mention...there's also a version called "Coin Unique". It's made with a Half Dollar and a Quarter. It's expensive though, 55$. You can see it at ...thetrickery.com.....and also at ...magicsmith.com...(magicsmith has some great pictures of it). Just do a search for it when you get there.
