Is it just me, or is Penguin slow to reply to e-mails? Their service is awesome when it comes to placing orders, however, they are a bit slow to respond to e-mails. Of course, maybe they get flooded with e-mails everyday!

if you think about it, this is a big company and are constantly busey. I'm sure they will get back to you, but i agree, they aren't the fastest to respond to emails.

I do apologize if we've been anything but speedy with our email and phone replies. We are making some big changes to fix this very soon.
