With utmost respect to Penguin Magic, I think your clients (us) deserve an answer to the number of posts that have arisen regarding slow shipping. We have dutifully supported your site and merchandise for quite some time. Could we receive some kind of update why shipping is inadequately slow right now? No response would be worse than an honest answer. If you guys are behind, please let us know. I think we're an understanding group. With more than several thousand posts online, I'd really hate to see this become a Penguin-bashing post site. Thanks for your cooperation and letting us know the status regarding our orders. Thank you.

Maybe you should see if your order has been shipped, if it has, its not penguin's fault.

My order came in 2 days after it was shipped-It went from Nevada to Mass. - No problems here (that order was recieved 2 days ago....) - Maybe it just depends on what you order?

it depends on what and how much you order. And your item may be one that takes a bit longer to ship. Don't blame Penguin!

Before everybody gets in a tizzy here. All I was asking was this: There's been a lot of negative comments about shipping lately - is there a reason? Don't get me wrong, I've been very happy with Penguin in the past. I am not out to crucify Penguin; I just wanted a little info. sharing...that's all.

^ Yeah really. Is the move effecting the shippping speed? I dont see the package size making it faster or slower. They all move the same way, by truck or plane. A 2 pound package should ship the same as a 10 pound package...

Its very Unusual-I have ordered 2 sepoeratre orders in the past 2 weeks. The first one came within 3 days. The second came within 2 days. (I ordered them at sepearte times) - Shipping for me has been no problem and like I said Im all the way across the country. Maybe its not penguin, they are trustworthy and send (most of the time) next day or its free, I think it is the USPS, not Penguin. Josh

How about package tracking. Maybe I missed it, but at work we always track our packages to see when and where they are held up.

I don't think they offer any kind of package tracking, I've never seen it at least. I've only ordered one thing since the move, it took about 8 days to get here, when before the move it was 2-3. I'm still not angry, that's alright for free shipping I think. On the other hand, if you paid for express...
