Dear Penguin,
You are the best company that I have seen on the internet, and I figured that with all that you have given me through your great customer service, I should give back to you. So I posted to messages in the forum about things to add to your site and great tricks that we would like to see come to penguin. A few things that people would like to see added to your site are:
an off topic forum, a wish-list with the shopping cart, in the product features to tell if they cards are red or blue backed (or an option), and a sort results feature (so you can sort your search or categories by A-Z, Price, newly listed, ect.)
We would also appreciate it if you could add more tricks to your site a little more often, we know that you are trying you best. Here are some tricks that were suggested:
sudden deck, biting sensation, enigma, silver shifter, ninja rings and DVDs, custom bicycle deck maker, coin unique, chop cup, electronic rating pen, link key, melted, appearing rose, ect.
We know that some of these ideas are far fetched, but it would be much appreciated if you could consider these ideas. Keep up the good work
