what is the trick called where you select a card, you put it back. The magician then makes a gun shape out of the deck of cards and then it comes shooting (or at least falling) out?

the rising card can be found alot of places.
theres the gimmicked deck which can be found on penguin
theres schwing by chris kenner that can be found on t11's 1on1 section or his book "totally out of control"
theres also one similar to schwing in gregory wilsons card stunts dvd in his "revelation in spades" effect.

just to let you know, machine gun aces isn't for a selected card but you could just control the selected card and then do it.

1.On Daryl's Card revelation #2, he has a trick just like that and its called the Bullet trick

2. on the same DVD he has 2 card rising effects-both are impromptu. 1 is completely, for the other you need a napkin or silk to cover the pack

Very worthwile DVD. It has over 20 card tricks and ALL are usable. Some are really really good
