Where can I find that trick of a hand through window/glass?
Which did David Blaine and Criss Angel

I'm not sure if it's actually a marketed effect. I have some possible methods in mind, though.

It would be prohibitively expensive to build. There are similar things on the market in a portable version (Blaine's is NOT) but the hole is usually only big enough for a silk or spongeball. It's usually made in the form of a framed mirror.

Possibly. I haven't seen any "red framed mirror thing" but it's possible the concept is the same. Harry Blackstone Jr. used to have a stage effect called "Through the Looking Glass" where he got a volunteer from the audience, laid her down on a rolling table and glided her through a large framed mirror onto another table on the other side.

I think he is referring to the Penetration Frame.

What I mean is: I saw once on T.V David Blaine is taking a watch from someone(a woman I think) without feeling and then they find it in a close store. So he took a piece of paper/newspaper put it on the window(attached it) and started to get/insert his hand inside to take the watch.
That was truly amazing... After that They tried to check it,to knock the window, and they didn't understand- because it was made of glass.
How he did it?
The window wasn't made of glass, right?
Otherwise, how could he do it?
Which material was it ?
