I'm looking for good running gags for my close up show. I have seen those Applause Please, Louder, That's enough cards, but Im looking for something better and funnier. Any ideas? Please help me out by pointing me to resources.

A bill switch can come in handy with some flash paper,

borrow a 100, then flash paper it, then make some joke about it throughout your show, then appear a mismade 100 bill and give it back to him and such and finally at the end of show do a bill switch back to his 100.

I've seen many presentations and such of effects like this, and it always gets amazing reactions and loads of laughs
