You're looking for a Monte Cristo Deck. I believe they're available from Cards By Martin.
Note that I'm saying this because of a reference to the Monte Cristo Deck in volume 2 of David Regal's Constant Fooling books. Regal uses a packet of special cards for the trick "The Very Last Card" which appear to be what you want; in the photographs shown in the book, they are even two of hearts, just like you asked. He says he "removed these cards from a 'Monte Cristo Deck' obtained from Cards By Martin." However, other discussions of this deck which I've seen on the web describe it as exactly the opposite of what Regal is using.
Monte Cristo Decks are sold out on the Cards by Martin site, and there is a note that says they are going to be mass-produced soon. I have a feeling that what happened is the that the MC decks from Cards by Martin were made in the manner as the cards Regal is using, whereas the mass-produced decks are the opposite. Both versions can be used in a similar manner, i.e., to show the cards as all different but still be able to do a force; however, the handling would be different.
