Hi,
I've seen an effect where a Magician takes a truely borrowed quarter, and inserts it into a Tic-Tac mint box. The quarter can be cleanly seen inside the box. The quarter is then removed and the box and quarter can be freely examined.
I know this effect uses a gimmick. Does anyone know where I can get this gimmick?
Thanks,

Probably a 3 In One Quarter or a Coin Bite Quarter....just a variation on the Coin In Bottle trick.

Or you could just take a tictac box, pop the entire top off, and put the quarter in, and use some misdirection.

it can be found here
Edited, unfortunately we do have people from that area that check in on the boards and since it does sell items Penguin carries, its a no-no.
It's a UK site so I don't think it competes with PM mods

lol OK sorry! - Ed

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the info, but the trick I'm thinking of has nothing to do with a trick coin. It actually uses a [Edited for exposure]. I had one at one time, but the place I bought it at is out of business. I think the manufacturer was something like "Tribos' Tic-Tac" ?
Anyone?
Thanks,
