Fakini balls are the best. The others listed are either cheap plastic found in most kids sets, or wooden balls that chip when dropped (and you will, they're slippery! You won't have this problem with the Fakini's)

The Fakini's are the best. But, if you're on tiny budget, get a set of the Multiplying Sponge Balls - that's what I used for a lot of my early billiard routines. The sponges are cheap, so you won't sweat throwing them out, when they wear out after a number of years.

What is the best way to get good at 8 ball pool, Billiards & Snooker? If i just were to buy a pool table and continually practice, would i get good at the game? or is it better to practice a particular way or using particular drills?
