Hi,

I am in a bit of a pickle. I used to be interested in magic for a few years (I used to perform closeup card magic) and recently have been looking back into it. I am really interested in learning hypnosis and some good mentalism. However, I am in a bit of a pickle. I really want to buy The Manchurian Approach but I also want to buy 13 Steps to Mentalism. But I am worried that I will overload myself with too much information and not use them to their full potential. However, I have been looking at both of these for a while now and I really want both. Do you think it will be an information overload if I pace myself or should I really just stick to the one for now?

I am more so interested in hypnosis so I am leaning towards The Manchurian Approach, but from what I have heard, this DVD is more aimed towards magicians and mentalists so without some mentalism skills I would gain from reading 13 Steps, I wouldn't get the full potential out of the DVD. So should I purchase both and pace myself?

Thanks

If you're into hypnosis, study that first. The principles that you'll learn through hypnosis will help everywhere.

FYI: Jay Noblezada is focusing a lot of his newer projects on hypnosis. I've seen the stuff. It's great. You should look into that if you're really interested in hypnosis.

Here's the link to Noblezada's new hypnosis work. Check it out. It's free and Jay hooks you up with some good stuff for mentalists and magicians, alike.

Definatly.

Getting 13 steps wouldn't hurt either. I don't think itl be an overload.. Just don't rush and take your time with both.

Paul.

There's more hypnosis training here: http://www.jeditrainer.net It's free so you can just start learning.

I highly recommend 13 Steps if you can get your hands on it. The Max Maven stuff is quite good, beginner or not. (Video Mind)

Anyway, learn hypnosis. It'll make you a far better mentalist, magician, and effective person in general. We all should learn how to communicate on a hypnotic wave length if we plan on reaching our audiences.

Much Love,

Jay Noblezada

Jay's dead on. I used a slight hypnotic test when I was performing last week and got a crazy reaction. Do yourselves a favor and take a look into it.
