I really want to add an ACR to my repitoire, but i don't know what the best is, i won't be getting it right now, i just made an order, but in the future, and i wanted to know.

I was looking at "Extremely Ambitious" by Jay Sankey, but i don't think it even has card to mouth, Born to Perform also has an ACR routine in it. What do you guys recomend?

jw. i really like that effect, not a neccecity though, although that dvd looks like it is just a bunch of sleights, no effects on how to use them.

You'll learn how to perform the trick as seen on TV, and you'll learn much more.

The Sleights are the effects. Thats all the ACR is, sleights and moves to control the card to the top, bottom, or wherever. That should have been obvious.

You learn his routine plus some. You have alot to learn about the ACR... and magic in general for that matter.

Once you learn the sleights, figuring on how to do card to mouth should be simple.

If you really want to learn about the ACR this is the best place to start.

Read and do some actual research.

DavidTheCryptic is 100% right. Daryl is an incredible magician and teacher. Another place to look would be the World's Greatest Magic DVD on the Ambitious Card, as you'll see and learn from several different magicians. It'll give you a nice broad range to choose from.

Do you know the basics of card magic? If you do then I'd go for Daryl's video.

Well, yeah, pretty much, I'm ordering RRTCM when i make my next order, so that will give me a TON of new material for ten bucks.

I believe RRCM has an ambitious in it. I have never got a DVD on ACR. I just kept learning new sleights and controls.
