I'm a college student performing tricks for a few months now. I've got this big fest coming up in our college and people have requested me to do a street magic routine.

Would be really glad if you could suggest some tricks suitable for such kind of audience ( young enthusiastic unstable people who would naturally gather in large groups). I'd be willing to spend a few bucks on items out here on penguinmagic too. I've already thought about a few such as Phone-omenon by Doug Mckenzie ( phone mentalism ) , Psi series by Banacheck, invisible deck, etc. Would really love some tips on mentalism tricks.

Check out a trick called Powerball 60 by Richard Sanders and Bill Abbout I believe. Check out a cool way of revealing a thought of card (all you have to do is force a card) called Bruised. I also like a trick called The Disappearance by Jay Sankey. I used to do this at bars when I was in college about 3 or so years ago. The college kids liked this one. This next trick isn't really mentalism but I bet with college kids doing the trick called Smoke by Dan White and created by another guy Alan Rorrison I believe, at the right time you can knock 'em out. Street magic....large crouds...if you have a place where you can stage some water bottles get FLOW.

I also second "Flow"

Even know it is way over used ( Saw ) Still kills evertime I use it.
