I am a beginner with loops.
Do you have any beginner tips?

What dvd, loop and wax do you recommend i start with?

The best way to start is to buy some wax, a spool of IET and learn how to tie your own loops. Trust me - this will save you a lot of money (especially when you're starting out). Then I recommend you just make as many as you can and just experiment and play with what you come up with before you go out and buy a DVD or book or whatever.

Agree with Rev. Follow the basic effects that come with it and play from there. If you can't figure out how to tie your own get the million dollar knot ID from Penguin. I got E's "Guerrilla Guide to Loops" series a while ago and the only dvd that I think is worth the price would be the volume with Danny Garcia.
