I'm going to be exploring performing on stage for the first time over the next few months, and I really like what I've read about Mind Eraser but I haven't seen anything about it being performed on stage. I realize this would be a much bolder performance of the effect, since it would necessitate ditching some of the 'pre-tests' of suggestibility (although I suppose you could do some of this pre-show to select a good participant).

Has anyone here performed it on stage or heard of anyone doing so? If not, do you have any setbacks about such an idea?

Thanks for any help!

Curtis

I'm sure it could be performed on stage. If you are looking for stage mentalism though hypnosis is a little tough to take on. I would go with something that provides a larger routine. If you're interested in Mentalism on stage Bill Abbott's "Smart A**" is a great routine that packs small and plays huge!

I certainly agree. I was considering it as a 'tweener effect or perhaps a preliminary demonstration of sorts.

And thanks for the recommendation, I'll check that out!
