Hey i'm starting out and had a few questions

When you do table hopping how many effects do you do at each table (approx)

Also what effects do you do such as table hopping cups and balls.

Name all the effects you usually do in a row during tablehopping.

You are basically asking people to hand you their routines...things they may have spent years crafting. Don't expect many responses.

The best advice I can give you is to buy a copy of Jim Pace's book The Restaurant Worker's Handbook. It'll give you what you need to start doing the real work necessary to being a restaurant magician.

yes, i agree with TheCaffeinator, with these question u will juz look like u will copy their routines, or in other word u juz look like want to take their business by asking that specificly.

Maybe, i juz can give u a few advice, try some good effect that u have, don't concentrate on how many effects that u want to show'em, but concentrate on how long u will do magic on each table, don't make them feel bored with the magic.

Look you want to have about 5 tricks that you can do in about 5-8 minutes, remember, they are there to eat not watch you. You have to start out with something quick and flashy to get their attention. Don't ask if they want to see a trick, find another way to approach a table. If you ask they could say no. You need to find tricks that have easy reset and will not have bad side/rear angles or the eaters will see it. Most of this is brief, but should give you some ideas. It is also much of the general information given in the Book mentioned previously. There is another book too, can't remember who made it.

Also you want to have about 3 effects in reserve for "special customers" and repeat customers, you don't want them to come back and not be prepared.
