I really wonder, only someone already working professionally would really want to do this.

No. It is just more Jay Sankey crap. I have been disappointed by everything I bought from him so far so I just don't buy his stuff anymore.

I agree. effects dont need to be made for the bar to work for the bar...the classics would do fine. Why waste the money on somthing thats "for the bars" that may be half [edited], when you could get a kick [edited] magic dvd with close up effects that work for bars...

Actually this DVD is really good. And it doesnt only teach tricks to perform, it teaches how to approach a table, which types of routines you should do, how to sell yourself to management, what to wear and much more. He also gives you some great tips having to do with performing. To me, Jay Sankey is hilarious, smart, and a very good teacher and performer as well.

I own a lot of sankey material and I have to say that a lot of his effects are variations on a simple idea. He does come up with some great ones and some REALLY BAD ONES!!!
So, like any other DVD I buy, you just have to pick and choose which ones suit you and your personality the best and which effects will work in the environment you're in that night.
