I am coming up with a new resteraunt routine

any feedback would be good.

Opening/attention grabber - Floating napkin/bill/ciggarette etc. (the way this is set up makes it so you can have your hands behind your back)

Then

Basic Sponge balls routine - similar to penguins
TT tricks - usually salt and then napkin vanish depending on what there is to work with
NFW
InHands Triumph - i just do it without using the table
Ambitious card Routine - one I devised from using about four others
CLOSER Signed Card To Wallet - great closer and a little remembrance

So what do you think

I will probably use this anyway but feedback is always welcome

If you are doing "table hopping" then it's way too long. Personally, I only use three effects (for the most part) at a table. This way, I don't take too long, and get in the way of the servers. It also allows me to visit more tables.

It's a nice routine, if you can flow smoothly to one effect to another, but the length could be a problem.

If i were to get rid of Triumph and NFW, would that be better.

the floating is like 20-25sec
the sponge ball routine only goes for one-two minutes
the TT lasts for 30 seconds
The Ambitious card routine only has four card rises then three productions it lasts for about 1-minute
then the signed card from ambitious card is the card that goes to the wallet so add another 15 seconds

so all up about five minutes without the NFW or Triumph.

You could use all of the effects, just split them up and do them at seperate tables.

You just really need to be aware of when the servers are coming with the food, or when you audience begins to want you to leave. Some people like longer shows, where you could do the whole routine. Some like seeing one or two effects, and then want you to leave.

You also have to add in time for presentation and talking with your spectators. I once made a cups and balls routine last nearly 20 minutes just because of the talking and presentation.

Some times 5 minutes is good, sometimes it's too long. You just have to be aware of when the food is coming (because you really don't want to perform when people are eating) or when they want you to leave. If you keep that in mind, then your effects should work. Just switch them up a little from table to table.

Cool,

i will mix it up a little, aim for 2-3 minutes and then if they ask for more i will have a few spare tricks for them.

Thanks for your help, i am used to being hired for places where i have a kind of stage and people who want to see magic come over and sit around the table.
