You aren't old enough, and you shouldn't start working restaurants till you hit 18 or older. I started at 16 and definitely should have waited.

If you have only been doing magic for 2 years, you aren't ready.

None of those ages. 18. Minimum.

I would say don't work restaraunts until you have bought a few books, done plenty of research, perfected a routing, and are ready for just about any situation (Paddy has had some quite interesting experiences).
My minimum would be 18, but it depends on when you are ready. When you think you are ready, you are probably not and should continue research for a while. If that means you are not ready until you are 45 years old, so be it.

Might I suggest the books
"The Restaurant Worker's Handbook" by Jim Pace
"Making a Living Entertaining in Restaurants" by Peter Lansing

Both genius workers and both great books on the subject.

I was going to start at 16 (im 15 now) but I have now noticed that the older you get the more experance you get and the more time to pratice.

So I'm going to wait till 17ish that way I can pratice more and more now knowing ahead of time that im going to start restaurant magic

You should know 1-2 years before you go to a restaurant job that way you know going to go into the buissnes and start learning and praticing the things needed.
