i know i have been asking alot of questions but they just keep comming up.

after you finish one table do you go directly to the table next to them or do you go across the restaurant to some table far away? it seems weird to go one table and then the next one over and then the next one over. but i thought i would get some feedback from you guys that know what your doing.

I never seem to have that problem.
See when your working it doesnt work out that you go from table 1 to table 2 to table three, right down the line.
Table 1 might be ordering, Table 2 you work at, Table 3 just got their food, Table 4 told you to bugger off. Table 1 you perform for and now Table 5 is calling you over.
See the nature of of the restaurant makes this problem not even come up.

Kyle, why don't you go see a restaurant performer. Spend some time observing them. That would answer a lot of your questions.

Also start going to your loca I.B.M. ring or SAM assembly meetings and work with those people.

To find out where they meet go to the IBM and SAM websites. Look them up, you have to do some of the work.

i would like to do that but there arent any around. i go do alot on the street but that doesnt get me paid like the restaurant would so i have most of the stuff that you usually recomend but they dont answer these questions. i have been offered a couple jobs this week so i'll figure it out sooner or later. i just would like to know going in. i dont want my inexperience in the restaurant atmostpher to be the reason i fail. so i am going to the next best thing to watching someone do this job. you.

also what is the I.B.M ring that you said i should go to?

Go to the I.B.M. website, (that's what google is for, finding it.) Then find out where the nearest ring is and when they meet. Go to meetings.

just question does anyone know weather or not there are any meetings in australia? I've searched and cant find anything

You always need to keep the people staying at the restaurant. if they look bored then go there and perform if the wait line is long go there you are there for the restaurant.
