To get back on topic I have been working on narrowing down my tricks to a total of 10 different effects. This way I can swap them around from table to table.

So far I have

Color Changing Knives
Spongeballs
My own poker chip 3Fly (thank you eostresh for the help!)
Biddle trick
Chop Cup (Does anyone do a cups and ball routine in their restaurant act because I would like to consider using it)
Stealth Pen (swap it with EB)
Extreme Burn 2.0 (since I will be able to pass out the bills at the end)
Chicago Opener (I have a really good routine for this one)
My ACR I've been working on
A card to impossible location/card transpo/mentalist card effect I came up with (still deciding which to use).

Also I am going to be re-watching "On the Spot" and "Anytime Anywhere" for some fall back tricks

What do you guys think of the new list?

Instead of using some of them as "fall back tricks" Id actaully add some of them to your main routines as possibly an opener. Like Head Trip, Glossy finish or 99 cents.

Recaped could be used as a short routine on its own or opener too.
If you use it on its own, like in a bar setting, it leaves them wanting more.. so you come back later and show them more.

Didn't think about that... I can't believe I forgot re-capped on my list lol... thats one of my favorite effects.

I think in that case I may come up with two different restaurant acts using the effects I listed above and the tricks from OtS and AA... I think this way I should have two pretty well balanced routines

I like the routine your working on as of right now for the most part except for the chop cup because of the space it takes up. But if you have space to spare add it.
And remember that you will have to swap out and add new effects to keep your regular spectators and yourself from getting bored. All together though nice balance and very practical.

Chop Cup (Does anyone do a cups and ball routine in their restaurant act because I would like to consider using it) Takes up table space, save for corporate events

Extreme Burn 2.0 (since I will be able to pass out the bills at the end) GOOD
Chicago Opener (I have a really good routine for this one) GOOD

Personally add a few more card tricks. About 5 / 6 card tricks, 3 coin tricks, 3 notes tricks, 1 spongeball and maybe another and then happy days . :D
