I've found that you get big reactions from the simplist yet now over looked tricks. Pouring water in newspaper illusion. I used this in a gospel routine with a few drops of red food coloring..at the end of the story pouring out red water (Blood of Jesus..story line) Blew away everyone..I even did the dancing cane!!! but they said the water to blood was absolutly fantastic and they had no idea...not bad for a three dollar trick..it got me three more shows.
