How much do you charge for a 30-45 min performance?

Or if some of you perform longer I'd like to know your rate as well.

Thanks. :)

I have been studying this for a while. Most people charge by the hour. Like some charge $20 to$35. I hope this helps.

$50-$100 an hour at restaurant, depending on the circumstances (like ability to make own schedule, perks, etc).

From what I've heard , read and done. Take the cost of a dinner for 2 (at said resturant) and double it for your hourly rate.

If you need a flat rate take that number and multiply it by the estimated number of hours.

(You are thinking of a Grey Elephant in Denmark)

$75-100. for a standard 2-3 hour shift of restaurant work. Most of my restaurants also provide a meal after I work if I want it.

Wow, old thread, but very good question. From my discussions with restaurant magicians 'in my area': 2-3 hours a night, 2-3 nights a week. They tell me that three hours a night will make you extremely exhausted and is not worth it.
