I do this EVERYWHERE. It is great for all audiences,(even those stupid skeptics at your school). The first thing you should know is what you need. This will cost you about 19.00. You need a good TT,(I have the thumbs-up premium TT (hard)), you need a silk (i have a black 9" silk), and finally you need a purse frame from magic by gosh. ALL of these are sold here at penguin and are good buys by themselves, but together they form one killer trick. Make sure that you have your thumbtip with silk allready on your hand when you begin. The best place to do this would be at a table because you could ditch the thumbtip very easily into your lap. <br>Step 1- show hands empty <br>Step 2- pull out purse frame (there will be laughter) <br>Step 3- show purse frame and hands clearly empty <br>Step 4- make a cup with your hand and place the purse frame behind it <br>Step 5- open the purse frame with other hand and leave your thumbtip behind <br>Step 6- pull out the silk slowly and throw to the table <br>Step 7- as you throw the silk to the table you have a large window to move at this time replace the thumbtip on your finger and then throw the purse spring to the table <br>Optional Step 8- after you do this you can make it disappear in the normal fashion (make sure you ditch the thumbtip asap because all eyes will be on your hands.

thanks for the advice, i should have thought of that myself.........by the way you guys you can use this production and vanish for anything that will fit in your thumbtip.........anyone else have any thoughts? I'm always loking for suggestions.

You can produce spongeballs from the frame without a tip. Just a thought.

some time the tips are not the same shade as my skin..Example winter time..lighter skin..summer abit darker. What do you suggest as far as modifying the color of them?

I know what you mean. It would be nice if someone made a set of various shades of thumb tips you could buy.

But the point is that with a tt, it does not matter as much as you thnk about the color. No one will notice it if you are smooth with the routine. About thef irst time I tried a tt with my wife I was slow bringing the silk back out and she said it looked too much like I was pulling it out of something, but she did not know what, even though I had flashed it at her for about six of seven seconds from only a few feet away. The owner of our local Magic shop did a tt routine with one from a different race and even though I was looking for it I did not even notice the radical color difference.
