I was thinking about getting a job at a local resteraunt and was about to apply for the job when i realized, how much should i charge. I will probably work Mondays, Wednesdays, and fridays, or saturdays and sundays. I will work from 1pm to 4pm. How much should i charge total, or per hour. THANKS!

Well that depends on a lot of factors. Where are you located? New York City can charge a lot more than Des Moines. Why 1 to 4? The customers come to a restaurant between 5 and 9 PM. The lunch rush ends and setup for the dinner rush is between 2pm to 5pm. So you intend to be there during the slow period. That will cut your rate seriously.

Be realistic and reask the question with more information.
