Yes, I talk to too many buskers that have worked in Oz to believe Jurgen. He obviously doesen't know whereof he writes. As I said earlier, when you work in a restaurant your job is to bring in customers. This Sunday alone, the manager of one of the restaurants we do on Sunday came up and told me that he had customers tell him that I was the reason they came in. They complimented him on the food and atmosphere and will now be regular customers but I was what brought the, there. He also said that they spent over $100 for dinner. (There was obviously more than 2 people.) That was just one party that said tha to him so he knows that others feel the same. Why should I bring in business to the restaurant without getting paid? To not be paid would be acting like an imbecile.
