best ace trick to perform in a restaurant?

Those are ace assemblies. There are a lot of other ace effects that don't rely on assembling them. Twisting the Aces, Last Trick, and a lot of others.

I'm usually do

Erdnase aces --> Smugglers aces --> daley show

Estimation Aces is one i use all the time when i do restaunt work. It requires abit of space but that is easily delt with and the best part is you will kick your self every time you perform this effect, as you your self will be amazed by the result.
