Is it an old folks home where the audience is mobile or is it a care-center/ nursing home? If it is a care-center/ nursing home, plan on working some of your effects in the round amongst your audience. This does a couple of things... Allows some of these people to see what you are doing and also they will have a more connected feeling with you as a person. If you are getting that from the residents, other homes will hear about how you interacted with them and you may find yourself in more demand at other homes/centers.
If it is a home for old folks that lead active lives, you should not have any problem in having them move to you, but still remember that if you can do a couple of effects in the round within the audience, the same aspect of 'mingling' will be appreciated.
Another thing to look at is just meeting and greeting some of the residents that may not be able to make it to your show, offer to go to different rooms and do a simple trick, share a smile, and a little joy with them also. You may find a reward that is not monatary but of much more value.

point to someone and say "hey, could you please hobble up here and help me with this next trick"

im joking BTW, but you dont need a fancy line, just ask them to come up and help you

Give them a folded piece of paper with the words "Yes, I will volunteer for your next demonstration" or whatever on it. Get them to read it aloud. A joke could be made about them reading your mind.
