I get this response every time I do a trick. Whenever I'm done, with let's say ACR, the person's always like "Do it again!" I can never think of anything to say when they do that, so I just shrug off and say " Sorry, one time show." What do you say when this happens to you?

"Did I not do it well enough the first time?"

"The magic only works once a day."

forget those cheese lines...
just say "alright" and quickly move to another trick
and then theyll say "do the one where the card changed in my hands" and then you say "ok check this out" and move to a different trick, continue this until you run out of tricks and then say whatever you want and vanish yourself.

after that your spectators will remember things that never actualy happened... (thats a very good thing)

Well you need to learn crowd control, you need to keep it flowing so they dont have a chance to ask.

Of course there is the basic "No."
Use the magicians rule to never repeat.
Or use a transition... "let me show you showing else you might enjoy...."

Tell them:
Once is magic, twice is entertainment

Or:
If I show it to you again will I get a kiss? (Works better on girls if you're a guy)

It should really be entertaining both times.

Good point, but for me, some of the overall magic is gone when I see a trick performed more than once in a row.

How about something like, the first ones free, the second time I have to charge you, and if they ask how much say, you gotta hundred bucks. If they have that kind of money and are going to give it to you first I would probably say thanks and tell them you'll do it for them after the show. Not reaqlly funny at all but more of an out
