After just having shown a card trick and while setting up the deck (e.g. moving cards around) for the next trick, what patter do you use to distract the audience from what you're doing?

This is going to be more about routining than patter.
You'll want to structure what you're doing so that effects flow from one to another. For instance do a trick where you produce the four aces, Do something WITH the four aces and then maybe vanish them or transform them in to a coin and do some coin work, drop a coin on the floor put your foot over it and run the Self tying shoelaces or something like that.

Structure the effects to flow together, you don't want to have dead time between effects while you're doing set up.
