"That's very interesting, someone just asked me the same thing for this one." [Go in to next effect]
"Here is a trick which I call, That Again' [Go in to next effect]
"I don't know but I can do this one."
The thinking man's answer- "Many magicians learn a trick, practice the trick and then perform the trick. I do the same thing only backwards.'
"Do you know the gentleman who paid for me to perform here today?" "Ask him to do that again."

"That trick actually began an hour ago." Pause for a moment then add, "Where will you be in an hour?" Then say, "OK, well it starts like this..." [Go in to next effect]
The story that never ends-
After "that" question, randomly break this out, "Do you all remember that time when... [Describe the exact situation happening right then and there. Use specifics, names if possible.] ...there was this guy in a dark long sleeve hoodie; Michael was there along with Lisa; And another girl, I believe she was wearing a white jacket; They were celebrating Kim's graduation." "A magician (Or your name) was there too, performing, doing cards tricks when (name) asked, "Can you do that again?""
"The magician (Or your name) paused for a moment, slowly shuffled the cards and began..." [Repeat from the beginning] Continue with the story again until you've felt you have worn it out. If you can perform an effect while repeating the story all the better, especially if the story changes in to patter for the effect.
