What do you say when you show them one trick then next day later they say,Do another trick. this annoys me like crazy!!!! what do i say?!!????!?!?!!?

Why does this annoy you? Do another trick, for crying out loud. You are a magician, right? If you are busy, just say no.

Sheesh, why do some take an inocuous, and flattering, request to do magic so strangly. Thank, god they didn't ask you to give blood or work at the soup kitchen.

If you don't feel like it, just say what I say: "What you think this is TRL or something? You must have me confused with Carson Daly or something" and walk off with a sly smile on your face. Make sure they see it.

I am always flattered when people ask me to do tricks, but I do limit them in one day. For example, I won't do more than about 2 tricks for the same person in a day. Otherwise, I'd run out of material. But, if you don't know many tricks or don't feel like doing one, I like the jamberry line.

everyone knows that just doing one trick isnt going to cut it. Do more than 2 and get into a conversation. Another good thing would be to learn a routine, or a good comedy story or something. The worst thing to do would to do a good trick and say "thats all i know" or to stop suddenly. If you do that, people will not come back to you. Lead them forward, perform your best effect and then your closer

im it school and stuff and theres no cards allowed once i do a simple trick by making a pen vanish(on the ear) they want more

yea were not allowed cards either so i have to do really crap pockit tricks(except for gregory wilson's Re-Cap) so you have 2 choices

1.take cards peform amazing magic and if told off tell the princible your doing him a favour -taking the stress of school of his pupils with a lilltle entertainment

or

2. buy sanky magic products he has some classic pockit tricks

if non work you can always leave to an allterative (if your that good) aand vanish out of his sight

pm for an effect like tht u only need a willing assistant and a base ball bat

What I suggest is maybe grabbing some great coin illusions... or other tricks that you don't need a deck of cards... Pull a rabbit out of your nose, if it's dark, toss around the delights a bit...

Some of the great ones that I love to have handy with me at all times are the folding 1/2 dollars and quarters, scotch and soda, my delights, and I always have my mini coins handy to shrink whenever I need a quick fix...

Always have some props with you if you expect to be around people who know you happen to do a little majic and you'll always be prepared for something... Just remember not to keep doing the same stuff over and over again... after a while, they'll get bored with you and never ask for a trick again... Of course, that seemed to be how you started this post... How do I stop them from asking me to "Do another trick!"
