Allright, I really don't need an out for this, but this is just so stupid. I broke my right elbow when I was a kid and everyone in my school knows. So when I do an arm twist some people are like "Oh yeah I know how you did that, you just broke your elbow so you can twist it!!!" Then for some strange and odd reason it is still less appealing to people. If I found someone who could even twist their arm half as far I as can in my trick, it sure you be appealing to me. I even tell them that that is not the way it is done and they still don't believe me. I probably could show them how the trick was really done (don't worry I won't) and they STILL would think that it is because of my once broken arm. I swear everyone in my class is an idiot. Honestly, I really don't care that much as long as they are wrong, but this is just to show you what my days at school are like.

a thought use your other arm that wasnt broken.... have them explain that

Actually I thought of that, but I did break it actually lol. I broke my wrist in the fifth grade and it is kinda uncomfortable to do the you know what.

So who cares. just don't do that trick around your school. If everybody knows you broke your arm and believes that is the reason you can do the arm twist, then do different tricks. If you keep doing the same thing and get the same response, then YOU are the idiot. Either that or you are a one trick wonder, in which case you are still the idiot to keep trying the one trick.

you must have performed it exceptionally well. they were fooled and are looking for an explanation. you broke your arm and can do it, they didn't break their arm and can't do it. their minds are grasping for a solution and to them, this is the most logical.

would you prefer that they just come up with the "it's a stupid trick" solution?

do the twisting arm routine, listen to their comments about your broken arm, then do a levitation.

hey, there will always be people you want to skin alive. Just dont let it get to you. I messed up a trick today at thanksgiving dinner. Big deal, so what? I didnt fool my uncle. Its okay. There are tons of other people who would be totally astonished by it.

YOU ARE LUCKY. if they said it was because of your broken elbow then that is great. You could then say ''Yes, that elbow healed and I was left with an ultra-flexible arm allowing me to do all sorts of impossible things like twisting my wrist around 540 degrees''. That will impress them. if you say ''No that is not why'' then that will only point them closer to the truth of the trick. So you are lucky to have a backround which supports your magic.
But actually they are idiots in thinking that a broken elbow would give someone the ability to twist their arm around a full circle. How is that logical. Your elbow has no relation to the workings of your wrist and arm being able to turn around. The elbow bends your arm. SO SCREAM THAT IN THEIR FACES AND LAUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
