I'm a Canadian with a Raven. If you are too and want to use the US shim shell nickel it comes with be ready for someone to say, "hey what's with the Yanke nickel? Is it some kind of gimmic...eh?" Just tell em you'd rather dematerialize their's since ours is worth so little already! If they still complain do it with a Canadian nickel to shut them up.

HAHAHAH yeaaaaaahhhhhhh! I'm Canadian too and sometimes people freak out when im using American coins. I'll say that next time.

I live in The Netherlands and use american coins!! Sometimes people ask me: What's up with the coins man? (But then in dutch of course LoL) and then I answer: well, apple pies where a bit to big and heavy! It always gets good laughs and stops most people from asking about the coins. Although it doesn't make sense at all...

I bought the Raven 6 months ago and have only used the shim shell nickle a couple of times to shrink it to a tiny one. Other than that I stick to Canadian coins to avoid any suspicion.
