When I practice tricks i do them usually once i think i might have got it on my sister and while im going she walks around me and examines everything everywhere. It usually ruins the trick. What should i do

First of all, how old is your sister and what kind of tricks are you doing? Is she just young and inquisitive or a little older and a know it all?
Have her sit down in front of you while you're performing. If she insists on walking around you and examining everything, simply move on to a new "test subject."

Do a trick involving her hands. Try placing two cards into her hands and grab her wrists telling her that in 10 seconds the cards will switch places. Now she's only interested in standing still and watching the cards as closely as possible. After ten seconds remove your hands and leave her with the 2 cards that haven't switched places after all. So what was the point of that you ask? why, because you now have her wristwatch :D
