Yes, it's possible to make your own, once you know how it works. You really need to buy one to know that. It is a completely gimmicked deck -- you can't do much of anything with it other than the Invisible Deck routines. You wouldn't use it in a card game, for instance. It's a specialty magician's tool. Does one thing, and does it supremely well. Allows any spectator to select or name any card at all, and you then reveal that this card is the only face-down card in a face-up deck. Cleanly, instantly, effortlessly. Does take some practice.

yeah...it's a great deck...but, has anyone ever heard of anything else to do with it? It wouldn't be very hard at all to make one...but then, you have to know the secret...LOL...

Yeah, I guess you could make one. They're not really that expensive though. When you've bought "the special secret" and a deck, they're about equal. I opt for the specially made one. It's easier.
But yeah, I can't say enough about the invisible deck. It's the greatest out and has so many possibilities other than the standard. Pick up a booklet or something for details. Or just check the PO forum (if there is one). That would help ya get some ideas I'm sure.

I've been practicing a lot the effect by Paul Harris (in AoA vol.1) where you can do an ID trick using a normal deck of cards.

It's called "The Invisible Rising Card", and for those who have that book, I think it's a great way to "magically" have the spectators card turn over in the middle of the deck using any deck of cards. By the way, the spectator merely *thinks* of a card, so you never actually seen taking it out of the pack and placing it back upside down.

Do you have any justifications for that? How about some actual evidence from when you have performed it? I hate it when no one justifies their opinion as it offers no actual help what so ever to anyone.

Personally, I prefer the Invisible Deck, as there is only one kick to it- which, in my opinion, is better than the multiple kicks that Brainwave offers.

I feel that the audience is more entertained and amazed by Invisible Deck.

Also, just becuase something is easier, doesn't mean that it is better. Invisible Deck is harld difficult to perform in the first place, providing you practice.
