I thought that was the worst line in the movie. Had nothing to do with anything.
However, overall, that movie was great.
Yes it did. It was a character thing. It also was said at this point where there is a lot of tension. She just finished off a few of the Crazy 88 and more were on their way. So there was all this tension from the anticipation of what is going to be happening next, and then, seemingly out of nowhere, there is this very strange "Silly rabbit..." line that just seems completely out of place. It was meant to have nothing to do with anything. That was its purpose, and it served that purpose well.
