You need to be in control of the audience, not the other way around. Just simply say, "I'd prefer you not handle them, thank you." Just say it politely and they usually get the point. Then just put the rings away and move on to the next trick. When there is more than one spectator and you are beginning to move on, the others will generally tell the one jerk that is making noises to shut up so they can all enjoy the rest of the show. If that person continues to fuss, simply thank the rest of the table and move on. You just need to stay in control and stay calm.
