I tend to introduced as 'Chris', and I like that. No pre or post fixes, no alliteration, no mention of magic or mentalism; just Chris.

I quite like being referred to as "your entertainment for the evening" if I'm having something before my name, although if it weren't for it not fitting my style in any way shape form or description I always liked the sound of "the man who put mind in mind the gap", or something equally silly.

My stage name = Chris

32

Mentalist Stage Name - Anthony Black
It is soo much more than a name though, it is a character. When I am doing my show, I am no long Mark (that's my real name), I am Anthony. I speak differently, I dress differently. This also helps when looking to buy an effect because I dont think about what I might like, I think about what Anthony would like.
When I do walkaround, I am myself. I have no stage name because I am a very casual kind of performer.

I go along with my original name. I agree that "Entertainment of The Evening" is a great title too.
