Do you guys know where to find the Tailor's Cord in Sankey's Leaving Home effect? Is there another name for that thread or cord?

I lost mine, and tried other kind of threads, but they all create too much friction with the key and not as slick as what comes with the trick. Any suggestions, ideas?

Cheers.

For me, I use a black unwaxed shoelace. I cut of the hard part and it works perfectly. I don't know what the originaL cord feels like because I learned the effect from the Best of Sankey. Shoelaces work fine, though.

You can find Tailor's Cord by going to a fabric store and ask for Velvet Tubing. You then remove the core and sew the ends shut.

I found that elastic works just as well, if not better and is much easier to come by, and you get a really nice knot that isn't going anywhere.
