Thousands of them. All you have to do is open your eyes.
Its all with proper presentation.
There are tons of topics on this, and similar to this.

I think bisection would be a good attention getter. Also, a levitation like skywalker or the criss angel one. You could go gazzo style and get a nice chop cup or cups and balls set. Or a tossed out deck.
I think fire magic would get people's attention really well too.

There is NOTHING. Unless you're strung up in a glass box above a river. Or encased in ice. Or burried in a glass coffin in the ground. Or standing in the middle of a shut-down street on ahuge pillar that rises above the buildings.

The only thing that is going to cause people to stop and watch magic, is your voice and enthusiasm. Unfortunately there is no magic trick out there that is so strong, it can cause people to gather around you and watch.

Juggling swords, and fire eating are much different. They're visual performances that are obvious to a crowd.

As some of the others have said it is not the trick that stopspeople. I rewrote my whole sidewalk show. I now build a tip useing a method taught by Don D. Then go into a rope and 4" dia. ring routine Wgich leads into the 10" dia linking rings. I start with a 2 ring routine taught by Jim C. and then finish with a 3 ring set ala Chris C. Show take 12 minutes and I average $40 per show. Multiply that by 3 times an hour and it id not a bad money maker.

Hey anyone can do those things, but if you're just doing the tricks and not entertaining you'll lose the crowd in about 30 seconds.
