I recommend Sankey's Killer Key because of the sweat angles it can be performed at.

I didn't know that Sankey had sweaty angles. LOL! Just kidding but if you want to do something good at school I'd say...Ultimate Transpo. Gets great reactions every time.

Guys fallingblood is right. If you want advice on a specific trick or something that's fine, but to ask this question, which has been asked MANY times before, is just a waste of board space.

That being said, since this thread has started here's my advice:

Use ungimmicked cards coins, rubberbands, etc. If your friends catch you using a gimmick, you will be eaten alive. Same goes for loops or other IT. It's no good for school. This advie comes from a guy who spent all of middle and high school doing magic. Listen to it.

I don't recommend that. You can get in trouble for gambling.

Not if you do it as a friendly trick. Which at the end they happen to just "leave" some money as a tip. A "forced" tip

:D lol

I was asked by my teacher to do some magic. So I pulled out my deck of cards and did some basic tricks. Everyone flipped out and now every wednesday in science, I have 20 min. to do magic! One day i decided to bring in my D'Lites. I shut the shades and turned off the lights. Once I was done, kids were lining up to have me put the light in there ear and out the other. So my top 3 tricks for school are D'Lites, penny and dime, and a good old Svengali Deck.

I would like to help make a list of tricks to do at school.
Some tricks were

Loops: Ghost deck and the moving pencil O.o

Deck: Sealed with a kiss, ACR, Card Transpo, Panic, Distortion, Coin Bite out, b2 bomber

Im a card magician but i do perform many coin/money tricks at school what about you guys? My reactions were

"Best teacher ever": SHe said Oh my god and put her hands on her face and was like your a genie how did you do that oh my god! and some kid in her classroom said wow that was cool!

Friends: holy [edited] how did u do that do it again please!

I would suggest some un-gimmcked stuff

i strongly suggest 9if you dont already have it ) Royal road to card magic

and some regular coin tricks

for school (at least in my experience) kids always want to inspect everything...and its really annoying. That why i tend to stay away with gimmicked this unless i can end up clean...For school i suggest learning quick, yet strong card tricks (its nice to carry around 1 item and have beautiful effects.
