Pick up the book Juggling for the complete Klutz. Fantastic book that is relatively cheap and comes with 3 bean bags to get you started. The Bean bags are fairly heavy and are perfect for the beginner, even for the seasoned pro.

After you get tired of that book, get this dvd.

Didn't know they had it at penguin, sorry.

Not the best teacher, but a good dvd. You will learn lots of variations on 3 ball juggling and even 4 ball and clubs.
