Ok i work at a restaurant in my small town of East Aurora, Ny

ive come up with this routine and i would like peoples opinions on what they think about it.

seed money (from anytime anywhere by Jay sankey.. i remade the effect using the same principle but adding some of my own stuff to fit the routine) Ice Coins A coin change from four half dollars to quarters Where they choose one of the four quarters examine it and i perform spun (or the closer? i cant decide i think spun would be over kill but a nice touch)

no? i havent asked how to get one for a while about a year now. Now i have one and i am not a beginner. But neither am i a professional.

The tricks are not important. The performance is. A trained monkey can do tricks, but it takes a magician to make them entertaining.

thankyou paddy it takes a magician to put on a good show with some tricks anyone can make a quarter or ring dissapear but how you present the trick is what gets the reactions. Yes i did make this routine flow trick wise but that makes it easier to make a killer presentation for. I did not include my entie presentation because i want to encourage others to come up with their own in stead of copying.

On the contrary I think seeing a monkey do a magic trick would be very entertaining!

Monkeys in general are entertaining, a better analogy would be "any female can do tricks"....

Fantastic looking routine, mainly because it uses one of sankeys effects.(I am a very big fan of Jay) Anyway for your closer I personally would use spun but after doing some expirementing you should be able to decide on your own.

coin magic is not my favorite, but i recommend you keep spun because it is after all A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. when performed right, and maybe switch 1 of the other 2 or also perform the magic coin box (you can buy one on penguin by s.s. adams in case you don't already own one a.k.a. the jiffy coin,

super easy to perform and most people i've performed it to at local bars have no clue how you got their signed coin into a bag inside a box inside another box in like 2 seconds-might seem like beginner magic to us but to most people i show it to they're stunned and ask me if they can keep their coin, good reactions and cheap
